Steam lists 53 achievements for Star Wars Zero Company. This spoiler-aware guide groups the public goals by the systems they use, so you can plan a completion run without turning every story beat into a checklist. Open Steam's global achievement page when you need the current complete list or global completion percentages.
Start with natural campaign progress
Several achievements appear as you use core systems rather than chase a special setup. Your Focus Determines Your Reality requires applying a Focus Point; Sign Here requires recruiting an Operator; To the Victor Go the Spoils unlocks after earning a Zone Reward; and Where Credit Is Due comes from a Black Market purchase.
Let these arrive while playing a healthy campaign. Recruitment, Focus, and Zone Rewards matter more when they solve a real squad problem than when they are rushed for a notification. The The Den Upgrades guide explains how Credits, Roster Capacity, Intel, and Influence interact between missions.
Combat and equipment goals
The following Steam entries describe clear, non-story combat or loadout goals:
| Achievement | Steam requirement | Practical preparation |
|---|---|---|
| The High Ground | Defeat 10 enemies from a higher elevation | Look for safe elevated firing lanes instead of forcing exposed positions. |
| Watch That First Step | Knock an enemy out of the combat space | Check terrain and abilities before committing a push. |
| Fully Geared | Equip 4 Weapon Mods to a Weapon | Keep a weapon you expect to use long enough to justify its Mod slots. |
| Do or Do Not | Miss a 90% or greater chance-to-hit shot | This will often happen naturally; do not make a risky shot just to force it. |
| Never Tell Me the Odds | Land a 10% or lower chance-to-hit shot | Treat this as a long-term incidental goal, not a reason to abandon good positioning. |
Weapon Mods and Utilities support these goals, but they should still serve the mission first. The Weapons & Utilities guide covers the Armory's four weapon families, Mod slots, Utilities, and AP planning.
Bonds, recruitment, and company depth
Some goals reward a campaign with a flexible company rather than a single fixed four-Operator team. Full Roster requires recruiting 20 Operators in one campaign. Thick as Thieves requires a Very High Bond between two Custom Operators. Steam also lists Beep Boop for a Very High Bond between two Astromechs and *Angry Beeps* for completing a mission with four Astromechs.
These are late-campaign planning targets. Keep Roster Capacity, Credits, and available recruits in view before committing to them, and do not let an achievement plan leave your main team unable to handle a Critical Mission. Use the Personnel Facility to review Bonds and the Recruitment Facility to decide when a new Operator improves your actual squad.
Difficulty and Beskar Mode
Steam's public difficulty chain is straightforward:
| Achievement | Steam requirement |
|---|---|
| Hired Gun | Beat the game on Story or higher |
| Veteran | Beat the game on Normal or higher |
| Operator | Beat the game on Hard or higher |
| Captain | Beat the game on Expert |
| Legend | Beat the game on Expert and Beskar Mode |
Beskar Mode's single-save consequences make Legend a separate preparation goal, not merely a final difficulty toggle. Finish a campaign at a comfortable difficulty first if you are still learning mission triggers, Injury management, and the campaign Cycle. The Difficulty Levels guide explains how Permadeath and Beskar Mode change the risk.
Keep story spoilers optional
Steam lists some story- and character-related achievement names without a public requirement line. This guide leaves those unexplained so you can decide how much campaign information to reveal. If you want to track them, use Steam's official list after completing a story chapter rather than searching a spoiler-heavy checklist before you play it.
Source and update policy
Achievement names and public requirements on this page were checked on September 6, 2026 against the Steam Community achievement list. Steam achievements are not assumed to be identical to PlayStation or Xbox trophy systems unless an official platform listing confirms it. We will add individual achievement walkthroughs only when their exact, version-checked requirements can be documented.
