EA published Star Wars Zero Company Patch 1.1 on September 9, 2026. This is primarily a bug-fix and stability update, not an announced DLC or a complete balance overhaul. It fixes several systems that can change whether an existing guide's interaction behaves as described, so affected advice should be rechecked against the current game version.

The important distinction: correction versus balance change

Patch notes can correct a broken calculation without declaring a weapon, class, or Operator newly strongest. For example, a Scattergun result recorded before 1.1 may no longer be comparable after the tier-value correction, but the notes do not provide a complete new ranking. Likewise, Secondary Specializations now count correctly in particular checks, but that does not invalidate every squad role that already worked.

Use the patch to identify what needs a regression check. Keep an existing role plan unless the current game, a first-party source, or reproducible evidence shows that its key interaction changed. The Builds hub applies that standard to Operator advice.

Bacta Tank and Beskar saves

EA says 1.1 fixed an issue that allowed the Bacta Tank to be used more than once in a Cycle. This guide therefore treats it as a current once-per-Cycle recovery choice rather than presenting an inferred rule as a quotation. The patch also fixes temporary Beskar-save deletion and a Beskar-mode crash. Those fixes improve confidence, but single-save campaigns still deserve backups and careful troubleshooting.

PC setting guidance

For Nvidia GTX 10-series and RTX 20-series cards that meet the minimum specification, EA recommends turning Environment Geometry Detail off: Options → Graphics → Environment Geometry Detail → Off. The stated goal is lower geometry-processing overhead and better or steadier frame rates on those architectures. It is a targeted performance step, not proof that the setting fixes every crash or improves every GPU.

Mission and Operator follow-up

The patch also corrects Tel-Rea's Force damage display, Ranged Damage Cross Training application, Critical Damage behavior, and the final-battle completion condition in her hero mission. See Tel-Rea's build and the Tel-Rea hero mission note for the version-aware context. We will add more mission walkthrough detail only when the objective sequence and advice can be verified for the current patch.
